On the second edition of a full day focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean, experts, authorities, and decision makers will look at the unique challenges facing our region and the solutions being developed. Every session will portray the joint efforts and the synergies between important organizations in the water community, such as the Water Centre for Latin America and the Caribbean, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), UN-Habitat, the National Water Commission of Mexico (CONAGUA), FEMSA Foundation, The Nature Conservancy (TNC), among others.
We hope that through this year’s Focus we will raise the priority of the Latin American water sector in regional and global agendas. Our commitment is to work towards establishing joint commitments, roles, and responsibilities that continue fostering regional and international efforts to replicate solutions and opportunities to respond to water challenges.
